Thank you for your inquiry regarding hiring equipment. You will find on this web site a copy of our price list for your convenience. Most prices are quoted as a “one day hire charge” and can be collected on Friday and returned on Monday for this “one day hire charge”.
Please be aware that a Refundable bond of between $50 and $100 will be added to the cost of your hire. You will be asked to pay your bond shortly after booking your order.
Most equipment can be picked up and returned in your own vehicle. We also have a selection of marquees that can be self erected.

Payment can be arranged by cash, cheque or credit card (in person or by telephone). Bonds will be returned promptly after your hire in the same method it was paid.
Delivery and Handling:
- Hire equipment and deliveries are priced on a Friday/Monday basis unless prior arranged
- Delivery, pick up and government stamp duty charges are not included in prices
- Delivery and handling charges quoted are based on a non specific time between 8am – 5pm
- A surcharge may apply for specific time deliveries
- Can be paid in full one day before delivery or on the day of pickup
- Proof of identification is required for collection of hire goods
- A BOND is required on all hire goods and is refunded when goods are returned in same condition
Cleaning & Damages:
- All equipment should be returned clean and in good condition.
- The hirer is responsible for theft or damage to any equipment including breakages of glassware whilst on hire.
- Any equipment damaged or lost must be paid for, by the hirer, at replacement cost
- A cleaning charge will be levied if equipment is returned unreasonably dirty.
- Do not wash linen. If spillages occur, please return dry by not laundered.
